Vaucluse Woman Registers Cleaning Lady As Her Singles Bubble Buddy

COVID HACK: A Sydney woman has found a clever and easy way to clean up 10 weeks of household mess accumulated during lockdown.

“I dumped my previous singles buddy and replaced him with my cleaning lady,” says Vanessa Walsh. “I’m getting so much more out of this relationship!”

Every day the cleaner is going to Ms Walsh’s Vaucluse home, putting in a 6 hour shift cooking, cleaning as well providing much needed emotional support.

“My cleaner is an absolute life saver,” says the 31 year old. “We also go out every day for an hour of exercise together. I cant believe I didn’t think of this earlier.”

The state government confirmed to DBT that the arrangement fully complies with public health orders.

More eastern suburbs residents are now expected to follow suit.
