“This view of Botany Bay looks just like the Mediterranean,” says Bondi Junction realtor who’s never been overseas

BOLD CLAIMS: A young Sydney real estate agent trying to sell a Bondi Junction one-bedder is claiming the view over Botany Bay “looks just like the Mediterranean.”
“They could film White Lotus here,” agent Mark Henshaw joked to some potential buyers. “It’s got real Amalfi vibes.”
The buyers, who recently returned from Sicily, decided to play along.
“Ah, yes, I can almost smell the olive trees,” said one of them.
Despite Mark Henshaw’s bold geographical claims, DBT understands the 22 year old stay at home real estate agent has never even stepped foot outside of Australia.
“I’ve only ever been to Noosa and Melbourne once,” he admitted to DBT.
