New Dating App For People Who Think Covid Is A Scam

From the makers of popular dating app ‘Hinge’ comes ‘Unhinge,’ a new app for singles who think Covid is a scam.

“We want to be an online meeting place for Covid skeptics,” says app developer Peter Coyne. “But also a way for them to meet up in the flesh.”

Mr Coyne says physical meetings initiated on Unhinged ‘don’t need’ to comply with social distancing.

“As long as it’s consensual, there’s no problem,” he says.

Since launching last week, the dating platform already has 287 members, including ‘Bunnings Karen’ and Eve Black the Melbourne woman who was arrested after breaching coronavirus restrictions.

“Our members stand by the theory that politicians and business leaders have orchestrated the pandemic, and then somehow forced the entire ‘media’ to be complicit.”

Mr Coyne says his idea for the app came after realising a high proportion of Covid skeptics are single.

“It’s actually a great time to for us to launch.”
