PAINKILLER PANIC BUYING: Local Cocaine Dealer Now Also Selling Panadol

BLACK MARKET: A Sydney drug dealer is pivoting into the fast-growing market for painkiller medication, as panic buying reaches new heights.
“The demand is huge at the moment,” Tom Higgins told DBT. “Chemists and supermarkets are completely sold out.”
In an abandoned inner city warehouse, Tom Higgins says he currently has more than 8 thousand boxes of Panadol, with an estimated street value of $130,000.
“I’ve got the good shit too. It’s the Panadol fast-acting min caps, gentle on the stomach,” he says. “I’m hoping to get in some Nurofen Zavance in soon.”
The 29 year old dealer says there’s been a long queue of buyers outside his warehouse for most of the day.
“I’m also offering home delivery,” he says.
