Local real estate agent treats girlfriend to Valentine’s Day date at one of his vacant waterfront listings
KEYS TO HER HEART: A Sydney real estate agent is pulling out all the stops this Valentine’s Day, whisking his girlfriend of eight months to an exclusive waterfront location: a $8.9 million vacant listing in Mosman that he’s been struggling to sell since November.
“I’ve ordered some Nando’s for lunch,” Michael Frankston-Hiller said as he unlocked the door with his agency’s master key.
“The open for inspection finished 30 minutes ago, so the place is all ours!”
During their lunch Frankston-Hiller provided unsolicited commentary on the property’s features, including its “highly sought-after north-facing aspect” and “potential for subdivision, subject to council approval.”
After lunch the pair retired to one of the home’s 7 bedrooms.
At press time, Frankston-Hiller was hastily vacuuming up crumbs before tomorrow’s 10am inspection.
