Paddington woman selling her ticket to tonight’s Olivia Rodrigo concert, after finally realising it’s on in the western suburbs

INCONVENIENT TRUTH: A local woman’s long-held dream of seeing Olivia Rodrigo in concert has been dramatically ruined, after she finally realised the event is being held at Qudos Bank Arena at Olympic Park.

“I’m a huge Olivia Rodrigo fan,” Veronica Brandon told DBT.

“But I just assumed tonight’s concert would be somewhere reasonable like Allianz stadium in Moore Park.”

“I haven’t been to the western suburbs in 11 years and there’s no way I’m going there on public transport.”

The 27 year old purchased her ‘A Reserve’ ticket for tonight’s concert a few months ago for $200, and has listed it on Facebook for ‘$150 o.n.o.’

“To be honest, I don’t actually care if I sell my ticket or not, I just know there is no chance in hell I’m leaving the eastern suburbs.”
