BOOGER SUGAR: A Sydney personal trainer is adding his voice to a growing school of thought that ‘sugar is toxic.’

Mike Yarwood tells all his clients that sugar has harmful effects on the metabolism and can contribute to the development of disease.

“Obesity and heart disease aside, recent studies also show evidence linking sugar consumption with breast cancer,” he told DBT.

“I won’t go near the stuff, unless it comes naturally in fruits or milk etc.”

But his health advice appears at odds with the fact that he spends around $2k per week on cocaine and other drugs, which he consumes pretty much all day every day.

“Look, it’s all about balance,” he says with cocaine clearly visible around his nostril area. “Being healthy doesn’t mean you can’t have fun.”

“Now, if you’ll excuse me I need to go and powder my nose again before my next client arrives.”
