“OMG I never see your stuff on Instagram anymore..!?” says old friend who muted your posts and stories back in 2019

MUTE POINT: Local woman Arabella Wentworth-Pike has been left stunned after bumping into an old friend who claimed she’d “completely disappeared” from Instagram.

“I haven’t seen you in ages!” said the friend. “And I never see you on Instagram either. It’s like you just completely disappeared!?”

Ms Wentworth-Pike politely confirmed that she still posts on Instagram regularly, including about the birth of her first child.

DBT launched an immediate investigation, tracking down the friend and seizing her phone.

“We found Ms Wentworth-Pike’s posts and stories were set to mute,” confirmed the head of DBT’s investigations unit.

Then yesterday, after years of complete silence, the friend liked and commented on one of Ms Wentworth-Pike’s posts.

“It was a photo of me in hospital hours after giving birth,” she told DBT.

“And the comment was: ‘OMG when did this happen?! Let’s catch up properly soon.’
