GROWTH HACK: A self-described ‘social media expert’ has slid into a Sydney woman’s DM’s, offering to help boost her Instagram profile.
The woman, Michelle Dooley, already has more than 50,000 followers.
“I had a look at this so-called ‘social media expert’s’ profile and he only has 194 followers,” says Ms Dooley.
“He posts about generic rubbish like ‘growth hacking’ and ‘thought leadership’ whatever the fuck that all means. Maybe I should be helping him!?”
DBT had a look at his profile to see he had little or no traction on any of his 4858 posts.
We got in touch to see what suggestions he has for DBT to build its following.
He replied instantly saying perhaps we could consider using comedy to engage our audience, so we hired him immediately.
