#BREAKING: Network TEN announce Michael Clarke as the next Bachelor

SINGLE & READY TO MINGLE: The TEN Network has handed former cricket hero Michael Clarke a love lifeline, choosing him to be the next Bachelor.
“I’m used to having my personal life widely scrutinised,” Clarke told DBT exclusively. “And if things don’t work out for me on the Bachelor, I could also go on Married At First Sight.”
It comes just two days after a leaked video showed Clarke’s girlfriend violently accusing him of sleeping with his former girlfriend.
“Michael will make an excellent Bachelor,” says a Network TEN spokesperson. “Viewers can definitely expect another controversy-filled season.”
“Now all we have to do is find some women who are willing to be on the show.”
Clarke’s season on The Bachelor is expected to air early next year.
