IN TOO DEEP: An Australian influencer is posting videos of himself spruiking the benefits of living in Bali, while stuck in his Canggu villa with a severe case of Bali belly.
“There are huge tax advantages in Bali, property is way cheaper and the lifestyle is so much better,” Ethan Ridley-Jones said in his video.
His social media content is now dedicated to trying to convince other Australians to make the same mistake he did when he moved to Bali from Bondi six months ago.
“It’s paradise here,” he said in the clip. “I’m living the dream.”
“$3 massages on the beach and beautiful weather all year round, just have a look at my sick villa.”
The 39 year old made no mention of his broken ankle after being taken out by a moped last week.
Nor did he mention his severe case of Bali belly which has him limping to the toilet every five minutes.
